Hey, I’m Cathyanna Nelson—Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and advocate for real, unapologetic healing. Every day, I help people navigate life’s challenges, break generational cycles, and step into their true selves. But I know therapy isn’t accessible to everyone—and yet, we all deserve a space that embraces vulnerability and encourages healing. That’s why I created

Vulnerability can feel uncomfortable—even scary. Too often, it’s met with judgment, shame, or silence from those who don’t know how to face their own. For so long, we’ve been taught that vulnerability is weakness—but that couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s time to unlearn, heal, and rewrite the narrative. Because the reality is, there’s no healing without authenticity, and no authenticity without vulnerability.
